Examples of the type of work undertaken 

​Providing advice, assistance and representation where required in relation to:

  • litter, fly-tipping and waste regulation

  • air, land and water pollution

  • climate change litigation

  • conservation and wildlife protection

  • access to environmental information and related appeals to the First-tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber), (formerly the Information Tribunal)

  • actions by the regulator including:

    • enforcement

    • investigations and interviews under caution

    • civil sanctions, and

    • prosecution

  • liaising with statutory consultees such as Natural England and the JNCC

Analysing current environmental legislation and providing policy briefings and training.
